To be me.

First what me is?

It means being the best version of myself: using the gifts and potential I have been given to their fullest. I have been blessed with intelligence, empathy, morality, selflessness, compassion, and good health. I want to learn more about astronomy and the origins of life in the universe, as well as the culture and history of the places that I visit. I also want to deepen my understanding of health, especially psychology and wellness, so I can live a healthy and active long life. Above all, I want to help others and make the world a better place, even if it is only for one person. I want to find ways to help others with volunteering and be involved in social issues such as helping the poor and elderly. I want to become a gentleman who opens the doors for others, helping others especially emotionally with a smile and positive attitude. All this is only possible by maintaining my health both physically and mentally.  I will seek help to continue the support from regular meetings with a psychologist and routine strength and aerobic exercises while eating well and having healthy sleeping routine.

How will I know that I am becoming the best version of myself? I will see my progress when my self-care and happiness improve because I am focusing more on myself and less on what others are doing or thinking. I also want to build greater self-respect and improve how I view myself physically, emotionally, and morally. I do not want to feel that I need someone else to live a full life. I want to be independent, emotionally strong, and genuinely fulfilled by a life of meaning and purpose. I want to set a good example for my son by showing him how to live well, and I want to be a loyal friend and partner to those close to me. I will distance myself from negative and selfish influences. I want to live with joy, love others, and fully embrace life.
